Stephen Sim & Sharon Ng
The wedding day of Stephen Sim and Sharon Ng was the culmination of five months of planning. Held at the Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur, it included a Solemnisation of Matrimony, a Chinese Tea Ceremony and a Reception.

For the Solemnisation of Matrimony, held in the ballroom foyer, the colour theme was a delicate array of pastels. For the Chinese Tea Ceremony, held in the Pahang Room, Chinese red prevailed. For the buffet reception the theme was oriental. The ballroom was filled with nine fully grown trees, screens of bamboo, richly-coloured banners, and spectacular floral centrepieces accented by ropes of crystal.

As well as undertaking the decoration, throughout the event Margaret McCallum coordinated three different bands, two solo pianists, a violin virtuoso and a harpist, the sound and light technicians, the photographers and videographers, the Master of Ceremonies, the protocol, the processions, and all the associated technicalities, formalities and paraphernalia.

We also designed and produced the wedding stationery, including the Order of Service, invitation cards and thank-you cards.
